  I had gone there 3 times (not the target one)hoping to get a different experience but the 3 times I have been disappointed. How can you not make the coffee the same way it's made in all the other Starbucks? And when I politely asked if they could make it again because I didn't like the taste. I was given a look like "what's wrong with you"? Asking me questions like "what do you mean it doesn't taste good? " what's wrong with the drink?" It was just very uncomfortable to have that kind of interaction. Especially because In other stores don't even ask me anything. Their attitude is more like "we're sorry you don't like, sure we'll make it again" we apologize. Not here!
  The last time I went there. There two guys and they saw me from far and it took them a few minutes to acknowledge me. Is not like they were busy. They just looked bothered to see someone entering the store. And when one of them told the other to make the coffee again he definitely couldn't hide his bad attitude. Both of them were rude. It's not like these drinks are cheap.
  Definitely not going back there!

  The baristas at this location, in Target, need customer service training. I could clearly see the customer cattle herding walk thru they have in place to get to the counter but if there is absolutely no one in the cafe and they still expect their customers to walk through it before serving them then they have issues. Do yourself a favor and go up the street to the stand alone Starbucks on the corner of Saxon Blvd & Enterprise where they treat you like an actual human being.
